Logo Designs VIP Buzz Mixx

 First of all, i went to the text tool and wrote 'vip'.

Then i go to the writing pallet and edit it. Such as pulling the letters closer into each other and also making the letters chunkier.

Then i used the shape tool to make a big square to go around the text. Then i coloured the square yellow.

After changing the square to yellow, I placed it underneath the 'vip' sign

Then I went to 'Layer' and then 'Layer Style'  and then 'Pattern Overlay''.

After I done that a square popped up with things I can do to the square. I put the size and the quality up.

After doing all of that, a pattern appeared on my box.

Then I added 4 rectangles to make this affect on the corner of the square.

With all my logos I wanted them to have a sharp and clean look to them. I used a golden box to give it that edge. I used the colour gold because people who are mostly in the vip section are rich and have lots of nice accessories (gold jewelerry).

Then i used the shape tool to make a big square and then coloured it in blue.

I then placed the blue square underneath the text that said 'buzz'.

After that i clicked on photofilter to give my blue square an underwater effect.

Here's what the underwater effect done to my blue square.

Then i placed 4 triangles in the corner of the words 'buzz' to give it a good effect.

This is my final piece, I chose to do this idea as I think it comes along as very sharp.

I clicked on the text tool and wrote 'mixx'.

After that i went on the  writing pallet and pulled the the words closer together to make the logo have more character.













Then i clicked on the shape tool and done a green square. After that i put that square under the text.

After that i wanted to change the colour of the my square to a more emerald colour to give it a more unique effect and colour.

Then i done the lines on the corners of the box to make the logo have more character and make the logo stand out more. I done that by getting 4 rectangles and putting them together to make that effect.

This is my final logo for Mixx. As the box and the lettering are being mixed i think it works really well as the nme of this logo is Mixx











File Formats:

I would like to save this as a .PDF file (Portable Document Format). As the logo uses lines and shapes it would probably be best to be saved as a .pdf file also uses this to show when it saves an image. Especially for a business such as OW! Music, it is very important to show that it can be used on many platforms such as computers, tablets, phones etc therefore I would again chose the .pdf as it doesn't need a specific file to open. As the.pdf file stores the image quite small, it can then be opened on any system and is easier to transfer via the internet/e-mail. From these many advantages, OW! Music would have the ability to use it in letterheads, letters, leaflets, on their website and on some merchandise. This is due to the mathematical methods the .pdf file uses, and can therefore be used without changing the quality in your design. One more advantage of using .pdf is that it can be displayed as a 'read only' file which means that nobody can take, edit your work without permission from you.
